Return Policy

If you have received a faulty product or experienced an adverse reaction please refer to the following requirements that MUST be followed for us to accept a return. 

1. You must have the Product
2. The Product Packaging must be brought in with the Defective Product, we have to be able to discern the product and lot number matches from purchase. 
3. Product must be returned within 7 days OR have made communication within 7 days of purchase. 

Returns are subject to investigation and/or delayed compensation.

In the event of an Adverse Reaction, an Adverse Reaction form is required to be filled out in order to submit for return. In the event of faulty cartridges, inspection may be required. Once a product has been returned the following apply to anything that may be received for a return. 

1. Exchange for same product or
2. Receive credit in the amount of returned product
3. NO CASH BACK
4. ALL SALES FINAL ON STRANE VAPES CARTRIDGES.
